Ripoff Had my speedometer for 4 Months charged me $337.00 & it didn't work when it came back and won't answer my calls or emails

The odometer in my Southwind Motor Home went blank. I couldn't find one & I was looking on ebay & I ran across the option where you can leave a request for something you need. My request was answered by this CROOK, Steve from Dash Electronics & Speedometer in Orion MI. Speedo-man@earthlink.net. He said no problem he could fix it.

I sent him the Complete instrument cluster and the agreed payment amount of $337.00. Via Paypal.
I had 3 99% potential buyers for the Motor Home at that time and I told Him that I needed it back ASAP. He said no problem.

It was 4 months before I got my Instrument cluster back and only after numerous calls and emails. At one point he would not answer my calls or emails so I called him from an out of the area phone and he answered because he didn't recognize the number. He said he was on another call and he would call me back and of course he didn't. Finally after 4 months and a lose of a half dozen more potential buyers I called him again from out of the area and he said he would get it done and send it to me. After a week or so it came back. I installed it and it still doesn't work.

He won't answer my calls or my emails. I have sent him a bunch of emails telling him I was going to bad mouth him but it will take a bunch of bad mouthing to get my $337.00 worth.

My motor home is still sitting almost a year later with a blank odomete
