Bait and Switch... False advertisement

Wish I would have known about this company and it's bullshit before I placed my order. I called and naturally I was upgraded to a higher package with my Nikon D80. Was offered a Sigma len 18-125 which supposely retail for $1499.99 but offered at $999.99 with my package. He He stupid me... Lens is actually retails from $229-$299 depending where you buy it. Called my credit company and place a dispute on the charge.

I got the run around today when I called. Hold let me transfer you... Then I got disconnected... This went on for 20 minutes. The last sales person was Matthew who kinda help me soon as I said I was going to call the NJ Attorney General office and that this was done over phone lines which makes it Federal issue. I was offered three options at this point, which I haven't chose which option I will do. Do not do business with this company. One day I'm sure they will be shut down... Hopefully soon.

12/2 update. Did not take any offers cause I'm waiting to see what happens with my credit card dispute. Did send a letter to NJ AG office and also the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone should send a complaint to FTC and NJ AG office and get them shut down.

As of 1/10 Discover awarded Express Cameras with the dispute. Discover said that the merchant responded with 3 answers. That the merchandise was shipped, merchandise was signed for, and they have a 7 day return policy. After I listened to Discover on how to handle this, they have made my situation worst. Had in writing a credit of $350 from Express Cameras or return merchandise but Discover Card told me to wait to see what happens with the dispute. Now Discover has reversed the charges back to me. Discover Card said they only "advised" me... That's BS. If the phone conversation was recorded, I want Discover to listen to it and see that I was "TOLD" not do anything... Just wait. I will contact OCC about this and also send numerouse letters to CEO, David Nelms of Discover card. Oh. Did I mention that New Jersey Attorney General filed a lawsuit on 11/30 against Express Cameras.
