Tricked Out Junction ripoff Person's Name SHEHZAD SHARIF Can't afford to refund $133.90 after not having item listed on Ebay

I paid for two Pioneer Subwoffers on EBay totaling $133.90 on 12/14/06. On 12/18/06 Shehzad Sharif sent email saying they were backordered and he would refund money within 24-48 hours. I sent followup emails when refund was not done and received no responses. I paid through PayPal and on 1/2 I received a notice that refund had been authorized to me and as soon as funds were available I would receive refund. Received email from PayPal on 1/12 that funds were not available so I will not get a refund. Company and person are a total rip off. I reported to EBay as Trickedoutjunction Tricked Out Junction is still listing. Also filed a complaint with PayPal. Do not buy from this company or Shehzad Sharif.
