Please read this report, employees, customers, any human being that has a heart, and can not witness innocent elderly people being fraudulently charged 2,3, 4 thousand dollar phone bills so regional managers and market directors can make fraudulent commission!!!

This is coming from an EX-EMPLOYEE of THE MOBILE SOLUTION. I worked with this company for 3 months, alike 85% of it's employees. This company goes through employees like printing paper. 85% is accurate, it is only those 15% that make it longer, and 10% are not intelligent enough to catch on, the 5% are the heartless kind, that can actually make it in this company.

I was the number 1 salesman in the state, the entire time i was there. I sold 162 phones in the month of december, and my 2 week paycheck was $3,542.00, of which i recieved $1,962.00, which after taxes left me with $1,554.00, they penalized me over $1,580.00 in "no-pays", for incomplete paperwork. Now usually i would understand it because of the fact that i can't remember every single customer's contract. Not this time, 3 of my commissions on that statement came from selling my aunt 3 phones, in which i personally brought her, her credit card, and her drivers license with me during activation. On the commission sheet it says that i wasn't paid because drivers license "and" credit card imprint weren't there. That's how i first knew that this company is a fraud. I later found out that the regional managers and market directors end up with that money and other fraudulent money from the so-called business. 1 name i would like to warn the world about is tyler beckley, the so-called regional manager. This guy is a complete fraud. I personally saved him from numerous lawsuits from customers he has decieved in his time. I have on paper, over 200 customer complaints against tyler beckley and the mobile solution, for example, 1 customer "caught on to his shady character" when he wouldn't take a credit card payment from her for a phone she purchased. Her total was $145.20, and he told her to give him cash and he would do it for 100 dollars. Later to find out that the phone he gave her was used, and returned for not being capable of the plan she was on (my-favs). When she returned, he acted like he did not know her, and would not return it. You could tell how upset this customer was by the tone of her voice, after calming her down, i called the vp of the company and he said to exchange it for her. That is just 1 of the thousands of stories behind this company.

You have yet to know the biggest fraud of this company. Of a customer came in for 1 line of service, and was approved for 10, they would activate the remaining lines after the customer left, and take the free phones activated and sell them to different people to use until the customer finds out and gets there $4,000.00 bill, which would be 2 months later, which is way past the 2 week return period, and then later realizes they are under "10" 2 year contracts. They just recently started requiring us to staple the customer's "subscriber detail" and "credit information" pages to the company copy of the contract. Those 2 documents are the customer's private information, that should not be revealed to anyone, neither the less, hundreds of snakes in this company. The customers credit information also states what they are approved for, making it even easier for regionals and market directors to determine which customers they wanted to pounce on, without even pulling up their account.

Every single employee of the briarwood location walked out together at the same time on jan 5th. When 1, or even 2 people quit at once, you can't always blame it on the company, but when every single employee walks out, there must be something fishy about the situation.

When i mentioned the change of employees thing, there is another thing behind that as well. The regional managers and market directors take the money from the safe to deposit it every week, and end up using it at strip clubs and on cocaine, yes that's right tyler, cocaine. Of course someone must be blamed for the theft of it, so after 6 or 7 times, and the company demands explanation, tyler would fire all the staff, and along with them, supposedly goes his fraud. Not this time tyler. I did way too much for that company to have them do this to me, and i learned alot of things, like, if you can't go back into time and change life, you can prevent someone else from getting into the same things.

Bottom line, don't buy from the mobile solution, don't work for the mobile solution, don't tolerate the mobile solution, report this to your local mall management. It takes a small group to make a difference, and we are going to be that small group that makes the mobile solution re-imburse all employees and customers the money and distress they caused them.
