Dynamic Control Systems - ripoff Abusive language on the phone cancelled order and still billed

I placed my first order with this company on October, 19th 2006. I received my order and was very pleased, so when I needed more product I went straight to them.

I placed my second order on December, 17th 2006. After waiting a week I decided to call and find out where my product was. They told me at that time that it was on back order and that I would receive it by the end of the following week. I received a call from them stating they were having problems with my shipping address on my order, the same shipping address they had no problems shipping to the first time. The same address I receive mail at every day. Three days later I received an e-mail stating that they had canceled my order due to my lack of assistance, and in a rude way said good luck finding my product. I then called and talked to Sandra the owner of the company and started to explain my problem, she interupted me and when I asked her to let me explain first she hung up on me. I called right back and got her again and this time when I explained my problem and that I am still being billed she told me "This is my company and if you have a F*king problem with the way I do things deal with it." Then she hung up.

I still have no product and I still have a bill. So, here I am now hoping that whoever may end up thinking about purchasing from this company will read this and decide that there is a better company out there to deal with than this one.
