Bait and switch fraudulant claims Ripoff

Called to buy 18-200 sigma lens for Canon, adam suggested to upgrade to PRO version for $250 additional. Said it was a special Japanese import version that only they had. I hast i agreed to try the lens with the return policy extended to 14 days. Additionally, I only wanted the $10 surface ship method. He then said he would ship it air (2 day) at the surface price. They in fact billed me for air charges as well ($40).

I called Sigma in NY and they in fact are aware that Express Cameras in Edison NJ is NOT an authorized reseller and in fact that Sigma only makes 1 version of this lens which os typically sold by reputable dealers for $379 vs. The $589 they billed me for.
