PC DirectBiz, RIP OFF, Cashed check aleady when transaction was cancelled months ago Atlanta Georgia

I was surprised when a month ago checking our bank statement we realized that a $99.00 withdrawl was made from our account specialy when almost a year ago this transation was cancelled. Previously we request the refund on the $99.00 when we after almost three months of sending the check and paperwork we didn't here anything so we thought that is it. Now they cashed again the checked issue almost a year ago for their first installment. We tried to contact over the phone and mail this company without any respond. So do not follow this scam!
