Ripoff Bait & Switch Black Friday

I bought a Compaq laptop, the black friday ad stated $299.99 after instant and mail in rebates. I got the voucher that night before the store open, I went into the store and went to the laptop area they told me that all the compaq laptops they have left have preinstalled software on them. Which costs $94.96 more, the told me that if I did not want to pay the $94.96 then I do not need to buy a laptop. The ad did not state that I had to purchase preinstalled software. They should have given me the option if I wanted the software installed. I have filed a charge back with my credit card company.
