Top Notch Distribution, Online Sales Fraud, Theft, Unethical. This woman is evil. Ripoff

It all started in November. I got in contact with this woman's associate to buy 75 XBOX 360's. I did everything I could to make sure it wasn't fraudelant but I was dead wrong.

After sending $30,900 I was told I would receive the products in 14 days. After 10 days i was told that they would be delayed a short time longer. (The whole point of this purchase was to sell these units prior to christmas so that I can make the profits on each unit on ebay.) Know this went on for 3 month's, I did not receive a thing, no phone calls, no units, only a couple return emails giving me an excuse or an ignorant response to my uncontrolable frustration. Come to find out there was a whole message board about this woman on thewholesaleforum.com.

I apparently was not the only one being lied to by this woman, there were at least a dozen, some with more then an investment then I had. She also was avoiding them as well.

So at this point I decided to contact the authorities. I contacted the OK Police Dept., FBI, BBB, Consumer affairs, Internet Crime Complaint Center, OK Attorney General, and my local detective. I received nothing from anyone except my local detective, he amazingly did an investigation contact her local detective and found out they she alledgidly sent the money to different vendors and received no product. At that point my detective tracked down the vendor she sent my money to. It turns out that this vendor had no idea that I tried to cancel my order with Judi many many times. A matter of fact he said he asked her a couple times and she said that all of her customers were ok to wait for units.

At this time the vendor sent me back about $25k (The money she sent me). And at an early date the inital contact I had sent me back a couple grand as well due to all the issue's we were having. At that time he also notified me that he would never work with this woman again. The only money that was outstanding to me was the profit that she made off of these unit's (Roughly $4000).

So in summary I was extremly lucky to have received back what I did. She ended up claiming bancruptcy with everyone else's money (Which is still beyond me how that is possible, someone has the money and she has the profit. On top of that I did not give her credit or a loan, it was flat out theft.)
