Extremely lousy customer service. Long hold time

Alltel keeps calling me regarding my past due account. Problem is, I don't have an account with them.

The other problem is, when I call to tell them, there is a 1/2 hour hold time.

I tried to contact them by email, and that is no fun, either. It was ask a million question game just to be able to leave any comments. As far as I am concerned, I will never take this service, because I will never be able to talk to a human being, if I have questions, and this is very impersonal and frustrating.
