Ripoff Bad Service Pay Cancellation Fee

I ordered Cingular Wireless as part of SBC phone service, now AT & T. The free phone would not work in my house and I had trouble with it even in other areas an hour away, plus out of state in Texas. They gave me a new phone, but I still had trouble. When I took the phone in for service, the person just looked at it, and said it was ok.

SBC at the time, told me the only alternative was to pay a $200 cancellation fee if I did not want to keep the service. I will never use cingular again.
