Iwas told that all my software would already be downloaded to my system.[LIARS] I was also told that i had 3 antivirus in my computer, there are none in mine, when i called they told me i had a macaveigh antivirus disk, to download it and i would have a 30 day trial period. Then after that i would have to pay for a
subscription. Then i told them about another problem with my fax, they told me to call lexmark, i asked if we could have a technician come to show me about my fax, still have not had a response. This is the worst product i have ever bought for the amount of money we spent!!! 2299.00$
