Millnex Power Storm Vacuum ripoff dishonest evasive, did not receive product, took money out of my account but has no record of my purchase, scam artists

I ordered a Powerstorm Vacuum on line from an tv infomercial in April. It is now November.

The first time I called the California office. I was on hold for over one hour. When I was helped the man told me that he had no confirmation of my order. Funny, they had no problem taking the money out of my account. He told me I had to call the New York office because they were going to be closing down the California office.

Between me and my husband we have called continuously to no avail. The "company" puts you on hold and never picks up the phone. The 2 times my husband spoke to someone they promised that a shipment would be coming to the New York office in 2 weeks and we would get it a few days later. No Vacuum yet!

The last time I called the company the receptionist answered and I asked her if anyone ever takes the calls. She said they are really busy (over 100 calls a day, I wonder why) and that all of the people had quit and there was only one person now answering the phones.

I am in the process of reporting them to the New York Atty Generals Office.

If there is anyone who is in the same boat with this company please come forward to expose these scam artists.

If there is anyone who can help me I'd be very appreciative.
