Kenmore Trio Elite Refrigerator
$2000 refrigerator break down in only 2.5 years!

I bought a Kenmore Elite Group fridge in April. This weekend we were reading loud thumping sounds from the fridge and earlier that morning, the most effective fridge part of the system died. As the fridge works, the most effective 50% of the system doesn't. Obviously, I named 1 800-4my-house to obtain support as rapidly as you can. I described since this device was just 2.5 yrs old it will all be under warranty. Even though manual claims differently concerning the coolant, compressor components, are warrantied for 5 years based on the guide that included the fridge. I created the visit on Sunday for that Wednesday. My partner became popular of function awaiting fix simply because they had established that somebody could be there between 8am-12noon. Reduction - 4 hours of function/time-out of any office with no food for that fridge...

Significantly less than pleased with the merchandise with the support. I would get elsewhere the next time.
