Ripoff sent email useing PayPal logo to get personal info

I received the same email that the rest of reports, but I clicked on the dispute button. I was stupid and in a hurry. When I went to this site and realized what an idiot I was, I imediately cancelled the account. I also, informed Yahoo (my email address) that their efforts to prevent this type of mail have failed. It is my fault that I made this mistake, but there should be a way to trace this person and arrest them. Or very least PayPal/Ebay should sue/jail this person for using their logo. I do have id theft insurance and have notified them as well. I usually NEVER respond to this type email, don't know why today had to be different.
