Ripoff, poor business manners, would not even listen, made threats

We recently moved and decided to get dish network, i called and set it up, suppose to been there at 400pm 10/13, he called said he would be late, then called again said he was sorry but would be lil late still, said no problem, after the 3 or 4th time calling me and saying he would be late, it was working on my nerves, i had plans that evening.

He called me from my old address, i told him it was wrong address, he argued with me saying this is the address i gave him, no, it wasnt, i know what address i gave him and it wasnt my old one. After agruing with me, well that did it, i finally said, forget it, tired of the problems,
woman called back and admitted it was thier mistake, they put the wrong address down, they used my old address to check my credit history.

I just found out they took 49.99 out of my account, they did not tell me they would do that if cancelled.

I called to find out, the man was very rude, telling me that i am stuck paying for it and hung up, wouldnt let me explain nothing, i called back, he threatened to take out more. I have. 74 cents in my account!!! I cannot afford this.

If they would have told me up front that it would been taken out, i would have been aware of it.

I do not apprectiate being threatened.
Or money taken out without recieving services, it was their incompantance that caused the loss of a potential customor.

I felt sorry for the guy that was suppose to come out, he claimed he had all kinds of problems, but when he started to agrue with me about the address, well, i had enough.
But i dont deserve 49. Dollars taken out of my account.
Or being treated that way.
