I sent them all my codes receipts serial numbers and now they're saying that I have to send them something else West Caldwell New Jersey

I bought a Sony computer about 2 months ago, and at the store they told me I would get a rebate of $150. I sent Sony my receipt, my codes, everything. First they sent me a letter saying that I hadn't sent them the serial number, so I did. Now they're making up another excuse that I don't even understand. Something about my rebate exceeding the time period.
