October 05 husband order windstorm vac and steamer. Never received. Called in nov and dec and finally canceled order and requested refund. Then the fun began
After monthly then weekly phone calls, emails etc we pretty much gave up hope of getting a refund. Since i was home today from work I decided to give it another try. Shannon at 1-800-278-6886 again assured me that they would get my refund. I told her I had heard that so many times and the last time stated that my credit card would not be credited that they would issue a paper check. Today I got this email address from shannon.
