Ripoff flash drive fakes and counterfeit scam! Scam! Scam!

I purchased about 25 usb flash drives from this company. They were to be 4GB units. When I received the units they were not what I ordered. I placed and order for Imation 4 GB drives. I received 4GB Kingston Drives instead, or I so thought. It turned out that these are really 256 mb Drives not 4GB as indicated by the packaging and labels. I have also checked the model numbers to the Kingston site and they do not exist. I then contacted Kingston and they verified these were fakes.

The drives do show 4GB of capacity when plugged into the PC. The drive simulates data being written but it faults out and corupts the data. The numbers on these units match the ones given by eBay as being fakes. I have lost over $700 and would like to see this sucker behind bars. I know I will never see my money but I woudl like to see some justice.
