Shipped incorrect and incomplete item. Refuses to pay return shipping

I won an eBay auction for Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 multimedea speakers. They shipped an older inferior model in a badly damaged box. Furthermore, upon unpacking the set I discovered that two of the five speakers were missing. The auction stated that the set was complete and had been tested and was working. This is clearly not the case.

I've now gone through multiple rounds of emails with them via the PayPal dispute system. They are refusing to pay return shipping of the items but will not refund my original payment without their return. I have no desire to keep the incorrect and incomplete set of speakers but cannot afford to pay the return shipping which costs as much as the original auction.

It appears that CS Markets does around 3000 auctions a month and I think I'm being steamrolled in the hopes that I just go away.

Regardless of the outcome of this, I would never do business again with CS Markets and would actively discourage anyone else from doing so as well.
