Gift card rebate refused and call for customers to contact state agencies

I, like most of you fell into there trap.
1) I just want to be included in any class action suits. 2) I would like everyone to contact their state consumer protection agency. (I don't know if this will do any good, but if we would all start contacting our state office once a month, say the first of every month begging for help maybe we could give them the same headache they have given to us.
3) I would suggest writing about 6-12 letter & addressing them & sending 1 every month so our state offices can see we are not going away, if we all do this every month, they will get tired of the letters & will do something.
4) if there is a news team who does the watch dog reports on scams, send a letter to him each month also. 5) when I contacted the company about my $100 visa card they also stated I had done the card wrong & they had bought the gift certificate & they could not reissue, but I thought that companies could not touch the money that was spent on gift cards & ect. That this money was suppose to go into an untouchable fund, want to be there is such a fund with this company.

If anyone knows of a watch dog group for these funds, we should report this also.
