Rebate ripoff

Wirefly said I had to wait 6 months before I could send in for my rebate. Ask them several times if they are sure this is correct. They said yes. Waited a few months, called them back and then said I have to March 17,06 to get it to them. Took it right down to the post office, they gave me a receipt and said it will arrive on the 17 of March.

Heard nothing, kept calling and then they mailed me back saying they did not get my form processed until the 21st of March. I told them that was not my problem as it only had to be post marked by the 17th and they received it on that date. I told them I had the post office receipt and would contact consumer protection if I would not soon get any sactisfaction. They then, which I still have in my saved mail a E-mail saying sorry for the error, it was their mistake and my form is okay and will be processed.

Waited for sometime again, called about two weeks ago and they said my rebate has been mailed. Waited another week and called again and they said they are no longer handling rebates in Arizona and have transfer all info to another place. Called the new place and said all files are being collected and will be reviewed, but as of now they have no info on it.

Went back and forth a few more times, gave them my opinon and said if I soon don't get it I will see what Consumer Protection has to say or get a lawyer or see what I can find on the Internet as have seen other people are having the same problem. It had been nothing but a hassel and nerve wrecking try to get a rebate on which I paid good money for. I'm on Social Securtiy Disability and can't afford to throw away money like this on my low income.
