Dishonest Company Dada mobile ripped me off and I'm mad as hell! Ripoff

I subscribed to Dada Mobile on June 9. After reading the fine print in the ad, I thought it over and unsubscribed to this service doing everything that the ad said to do to cancel this service. I received a text message from Dada Mobile saying that they had received my cancellation message and my subscription had indeed been cancelled.

This all happened on June 9. Yesterday I received my cell phone bill and much to my surprise there were two seperate $9.99 charges on my bill from Dada Mobile. I immediately text messaged this company, called them (with NO response), and emailed them according to their instructions contained on their web site. I received an email from them explaining that they couldn't cancel my subscription without my cell number (which I included in the previous email).

I called the number which they included in the email. Of course all of their customer reps were busy so I got no satisfaction there.

I will NEVER do business with dadamobile.com again and I would strongly encourage everyone who reads this to not get involved with this company unless you want to get RIPPED OFF!
