Ripoff dishonest kept $500 cell phone no repairs made fraudulent fire

I sent our $500 Nokia N70 to them to be repaired. I was told it was a two week turnaround time. I asked for references and thought they were good. I should have checked this site first!

It has been over two months, no phone, no contact. Their website claims their building burned down. We filled out the claim form, have contacted them SEVERAL times, but no response. They have multiple offices, none of them helpful.

I have now obtained legal help. Do not use them under any circumstances. Now, I have checked the Better Business Bureau and found they have over 200 complaints.
I learned the hard way. Hopefully you will learn from me.
