Selling used as new. Ripoff deception

I will not shop Fry's again, I was once one of their best customers, but not anymore. I have bought too many parts, just to get home and find used parts inside. (i.E. I bought a $120 AGP video card and inside was an old $10 ISA card) Bought a new hard drive, it had someone else's software on it.

Video card was in shrinks wrap and HD was sealed in antistatic bag. Numerous Mainboards that had to be returned. The saying here is "if you shop Fry's you had better be ready to go back two or three times for one item". They have replaced every item, but I don't have the time to go back numerous times just to get something that works. Sorry I'll shop elsewhere.inFORMATION: If it has a sticker that says "we honor the manufactures warranty" IT'S A REFURB.
