InPhonic: Rip-Off scam artist

I purchased two Verizon Wireless Phones thru Mobiledia.com. Of the 4, $125.00 rebate forms sent in at 185 days (in the ridiculous 180-210 day window). One was approved and the other 3 denied. Denial reason was "rebate request sent too early".
Multiple un-answered emails later and I finally received a reply to re-submit my rebate request. However, the forms still had to be submitted within the 210 day window, and the returned email from the company arrived after the 210th day - nice.

All emails since have gone unanswered... 11 months later!
The BBB and Verizon have been contacted.

They may have ripped off myself and others now, but in the end they will be judged appropriately by God.
