Difficulty Getting Rebates Honored

Here's how I got my "denied" rebates.

As many others have reported, many of the rebates for which I applied were "denied" for a variety of reasons. WHen I was run through the telephone ringer at OnRebate, I contacted Tiger Direct's SALES phone number.

I immediately asked for a supervisor, explained the issue, had my copies in fronet of me, answered her questions, and received the rebates credited to my credit card the same day!

I continue to purchase "deals" from Tiger Direct, knowing that I will have some issues to be resolved. I also use the HOLD time on the phone to meditate.
