Ripoff, held my cash, lied and shipped half the shipment, now phone disconnected

By now, if you are researching the companies, the stories are getting old. However I am going to add mine to the endless list.

I ordered 20 xboxs from mywebwholesaler back in January. After waiting a few weeks I was informed that they had run out before my order had been shipped however I was at the top of the list for the new shipment. Unfortunately the price had gone up and I would need to pay a good amount more, for less xboxs. I agreed and sent the rest of the money. Two months and many (at least three) different "new shipment dates" I was fed up.
I was hoping that they were an upstanding company though and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

So I changed my order to 30 ipod nanos and asked for a refund check of the rest I had paid. I received the check and amazingly I received a package a few days after the order. Unfortunately it only contained 15 ipods. When I called I was informed that these were the last ones from the previous shipment and I would receive the other 15 in 2 weeks when the next shipment came in. Now, when I call to check the status I find out that the 800 number has been disconnected.

Do not deal with this company it is not worth the hassle. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were offering such good sounding products, DO NOT BE LIKE ME, yes, it sounds good, no it is not good. Even if you do end up getting something, think about the time value of money, $7000 tied up for 3 months? You could invest it in a money market fund and make as much. Dont be greedy.
