Sent 69.95 rebate to broadbandoffers.com for a cable modem... They claim i did not have all the information they required (missing first month's bill)... I sent a copy of work order which was my first bill

They claim that they e-mail'd me twice to inform me that they needed more info. (i did not received any e-mails from them... And they had my phone number but did not call me)
