Rebate ripoff

InPhonic - Continental Promotion Group is not honoring the cell phone rebate for the phone I bought from WireFly.

After meeting the complex requirements (send in 2nd months bill, between date x and date y, along with all the other requirements) I have received a form letter saying it is not being honored because the first months bill was not paid in full. That is not the case, I still have a copy of the bill I submitted showing it was paid in full.

InPhonic - Continental Promotion Group provides no voice phone to contact them, but I have responded by sending a fax showing that the first month's bill was paid in full. I have not received a response.

If this is not resolved in my favor, I will never accept a cell phone deal that has a mail in rebate.
