Dynamite Digital - Tvdynamite Digital Tv - Dish Network price switching ripping senior citizens off not honoring their word Ripoff

I ordered dish network for $29.99. They added other charges like for additional receivers which would make my bill $44.99 a month. I told them I wanted to know exactly what my bill would be i was assured that was it. When the installer came he also called and verified the price when he called into the co. That was it plus tax. When I received my first bill a few days later it was a shock to see $207.43 for two months. They gave me the $49.99 activation fee credit but they were charging me $44.99 plus the extras that was to be in that price. I told them I wanted the system cancelled. They just keep putting you from person to person for days this went on. They would'nt pick the equipment up and finally told me they'd mail me boxs to mail the equipment pre paid back. Days went by I called again. They finally sent two boxs to ship the equipment. I don't know what made me but for some reason I copied the tracking no. S. Four weeks later I came home with a nasty message on my phone from Bryon. They never got the equipment and he was turning it to a lawyer for the cost of the equipment and the cancellation fee of $226.23. I traced the tracking no's and they had received the equipment weeks ago. I called the co back that the equipment was sent and etc. I was informed they'd check it. He calls me back the equipment was spose to go to him and i was responsible to get it to him or pay for it. Now I might be getting old but I'm not senile. If you were sent boxs pre-paid addressed to send the equipment back why are you held responsible for where it goes? To top it off the cancellation fee they were going to sue me for guess what? They took it out of my credit card Feb. 27th this is Mar24th. Apparently one hand does'nt know what the others doing. I think all citizens especially seniors should know beware of this co's practices it's like the old bate and switch games. I learned an expensive lesson and I'll stick with comcast cable atleast they've never put the screws to me. They should be ashame of themselves and I hope I've saved a few of you from being ripped off.
