Ripoff takes the payment but will not respond to any of my 15 emails informing them that the program will not work

I'd bought this product and it would not work although dandans digital say they will give you help and support they do not they also have an involvement of someone who takes your money called Pwccman@msn.com who sent me an e-mail thanking me for my money I for their assistance and told them that I have sent 15 or so e-mails asking for support with not one reply. They kept telling me that they would contact dandans but did not.

Finally I asked Pwccman's to explain to me their involvement with this company dandans digital as I felt that they were the very same person, as soon as I sent this e-mail they stopped responding to any of my questions they were not answer and nor will dandans I feel this money was taken fraudulently and would like to find out if they have indeed broken any laws by not providing a service that they advertised

Please be careful of any DVD product that has the involvement of DanDans digital ironically the product I was ripped off with was called Easy DVD Ripper. I feel it should have been called Easy DVD client rip-off
