Terrible customer service, would not fix problem with cable said it was a bad tv

I called to grande because of problems with picture. They sent someone out and he told me that it was my tv. It did not look like a problem with tv so i asked them to send out another tech. They sent out the same tech. He told me the same thing. He never once went out to look at the cable outside. I called a tv repair man and he told me there was no problem with my tv. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor or anyone higher up.
