Rebate offer ripoff

I followed rebate directions to a T. They wrote me back saying they couldn't verify the phone number or account. I sent back the required information immediately. To date they have never responded and they won't aknowledge me on the web address rebate-zone.com/wireless. The rebate was for a razor phone and a $200 customer loyaly rebate.
