I made a deal to purchase 5 mobile phones for the price of 460 sterling. We agreed that I first send 230 pounds by western union. After i receive the phones I will pay the remaining sum. After i sent the first payment, the seller asked for the 2nd half before sending the phones. It was a clear sign of being ripped off. Of course i did not send the remaining money but i lost 230 pounds.
