Ripoff will not honor $100 rebate terms

I followed all written instructions regarding my rebate from Tivo, Inc. Which I purchased at Costco Wholesale. I did online preregistration, installed my system, bought my membership, and then mailed my rebate form, UPC, and receipt. I have copies of this material. I called Tivo Rebate Office to find out why rebate was not received and they said I did not follow the terms. They also told me there was nothing they could do. I feel ripped off.
