Trac-fone resolution center worthless waste of time, better off talking to the idiot's in their customer service dept

Ought tracfone and forty minutes time on 12-08-05. This phone was defective, and so was the next one they sent. They have since sent six yes six more, all wrong model's i have only been able to make two call's. The phone i purchased from k-mart was a 1221, the next six they sent me were 2285 p. Poor phone's with outdated pull up antennas. Tthe so called resolution center promised to make it right with 100 minutes of time, when the correct one finally arrived. Icalled to activate it and now they know nothing of the compensation offer. This very unfortunate, because my attorney was on the line with me and their resolution person named veruska ext. 53202. She has failed to return four of my phone call's, and turned it over to a rude no namer ext. 53427 who also refuses to return call's. These people need to realize that this is the united states and not bum... india. I will now sue in small claim's court. My advice is stay far away from this company, there are far to many good one's out there, to be treated like this. It is now 2-17-06 and i still don't have a working cell phone. P. S i would not pi— down tracfone's throat if their gut's were on fire. Thank you and have a nice day!
