I have purchased cingular's wireless internet service 2 months ago. I always get bumped off for no reason. When I try to sign back on I can't unless I reboot my system. I have gone to the cingular store several times complaining about my problem and they just look at each other, shrug their shoulders look back at me and say, I dont know what to tell you at this point. They are blaming the company that makes the slide card that fits in my computer, suggesting it might be faulty, but will not give me another one to see if that is the problem. I am on a 2 year contract with them. I can't cancel without paying the fee because my cell phones are also involved. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You
