Held more than $7000 in their bank account for 3 weeks, still no refund, never sent product, ripoff!

Our company purchased several units of electronics from this company. They required bank wire payment only which after researching they were a real company, and after speaking with both Christine and Wanda by phone, we agreed to. BUYER BEWARE! Payment was sent by wire transfer to their bank account on January 17th in the amount totally over $7000 (quite a lot!).

We understood the products were supposed to ship in two weeks. We have contacted them at least four times after the two week period ended. Nothing but excuses!

Finally we put our foot down and demanded to know where our products were and the tracking # since they said we would be receiving that by email any day now. Finally, Wanda was supposed to track down a hard copy of our invoice and call us back. She never called back.

When we did speak to her again (after we phone her back), she said that due to THEIR data entry error, they entered our phone number incorrectly in their system. Please keep in mind that both our fax and our invoice sent by them did have our correct phone number. She stated that our products were sent to other customers (because they raised the price on them by $1000 since we ordered) and that our invoice was cancelled. Were we ever going to be notified? Very doubtful.

We then asked her where our refund was and when it would be put back into our bank account since they had kept it for at least 3 weeks at this point! She stated that she (the billing department) had dropped the check in the mail and we should receive it any day. (SURE)! What about the interest that you have accumulated for those 3 weeks!!!

I advise NO ONE to use this company. They are a complete SCAM! Obviously they are taking this type of money from many different buyers, investing it and making the interest on it. Who knows if we will receive the 'check in the mail'. But I can guarantee you that we are contacting the police and a lawyer to take action against this company if this check does not arrive by Friday.

If you are researching this company for the first time, please DO NOT buy from them! They are NOT registered with the BBB or any other legit agency for a reason!
