Technician Cut Cable Lines and Damaged Ceiling, Then Billed After 24 Hours

Signed up for Satellite service through DishNetwork, had a technician to set up service. Specified still needed cable for my modem to conduct my business. Instead of running own lines, used my cable lines, and then snipped them from the cable box! Totally disconnected my modem, also while in the attic, did not step on support beams, which has caused the drywall to start falling down (my ceiling in the garage) Also, caused damage to wall where he did something to my cable wire. Had to have cable company come out and fix the problem. In order to fix, they had to reconnect cable, which shut off satellite. So I had satellite service for less than 24 hours. On the contract that I signed, I opted out for the 18 month contract, and also added my own stipulations regarding the damage.

When I called the satellite company to disconnect, they told me not until I pay a $240 cancel fee!!! So instead of being courteous to all the annoyances I had been through, 4 hours for a crappy install, 2 hours next day to have fixed, $55 install fee already paid, they did nothing. So now, I am receiving a bill for satellite service that is not even connected. I have damage to my home, and my business was unproductive because of their errors for 24 hours. I am filing a claim in small claims court, as soon as I receive my final estimate to repair the damages.
