MCI consumer fraud ripoff - improper billing practices - disregard of customers

I have been a customer of MCI Worldcom Wireless since April. This company's business practices have deteriorated until it is impossible to deal with them intelligently.
First, they masterminded an incredibly poor billing system. Second, they foisted off on their customers the responsibility to straighten out the billing mess. Third, they refuse to listen to customers including when the customer cancels the account out of shear frustration. Fourth, they bill for services that they seem to be incapable of providing. Fifth, they continue to bill for services after the account is cancelled. Sixth, they now tell me that I have to pay for all the billed services whether I cancelled the account or not.
And, don't I understand, according to Jeffrey at the above number, that this account has been reviewed and I should just pay whatever they say. And, I if I don't, they will simply pass it over to collection activities. And, Jeffrey never stops talking to listen to what I, the customer, have to say.
I suggest that customers in my situation should all ban together and file a class action lawsuit against them for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act and any other violation of law or regulation that can be found.
