New ripoff

Eceived e-mail many times from this company. Thought if i answered maybe they would stop. I followed the steps and answered no to all boxes except nexflix.

Decided to stop since i felt this was going no where. Closed out and found i had received e-mail saying that i would have voice mail set up and would be billed. The company name on my e-mail was from authorizatons@residential voice services the e-mail said i could cancel if i went to www.residentialvoicemail.com/cgi-bin/cancellattions i could cancel. Well of course nothing came up but your information. I need help in canceling this but am not sure how to proceed.
