I have had repeated problems with Comm South. They have disconnected my service several times after I paid the bill and then refused to turn the service back on until I pay a $20 reconnect fee.
It takes them 1 second to disconnect my service and damn near a week to get it turned back on.
I hate these mutherf*ers and I am switching service.
