Ordered a Canon 20d on line. Received an email to call Donald and verify information on the order. Asked to povide security code of credit card. Asked about how many cameras I owned and type. Tried to sell me higher priced version. Said version advertised did not include accessory items normally shipped by Canon in the box. Verbally cancelled the order and was threatend to have my card charged $68 -. Was told I'd be listed on line with other stores and shopping services which would preclude my ordering in he future. Was told several times the order wa in shipping and my card already had been charged. Not a pleasant way to do busines. Avoid this firm and any other affiliated firms or firms with similar tactics.
