Ripoff, this phone sucks!

This company should change its name to crap-phone. They make you program your phone and still does not work.
All they say is sorry & sorry it took 4 days to fix the phone.

Their service sucks big-time. They also did a debit on my account for the amount of 129.00 3 times. All I wanted was a 20.00 phone unit. Plus they took my roll over units (153 units) and they did not return or credit back the units. This phone sucks!
