Ripoff used computer, lies fraud, invisable manage

Ought 1,400 h/p computer. Recieved a used one in sealed box. I hooked it up and it was dead. All cables had been used and out of packages. Went back and was told NO refunds. It was one day old!

They lied and said it was rare that happened, got another computer SEALED. Had problems getting onto the internet. When i did microsoft word popped up and asked if i wanted to save some pages. It was college papers with the students name address and phone number from a town 9 miles from me.

I called him and he said he returned that computer to best buy three weeks earlier because it had major prroblems. They had pressured him so bad he took home another brand for more money! He hates best buy. Took it back and demanded a refund. I was refused unless i paid a 450.00 restocking fee!

Before i killed someone i went and had a smoke. Went back in and they didnt haave a computer to give. They ordered one and two weeks later i went in and asked why they lied about it taking so long. I got three stories from 3 different ignorent employees... Got the new one and the frickin speakers were missing.

Went back and they gave me the cheapest spkrs. They sell... What rippoff b.S. Best buy is! More things happened but it would take too long to tell it all. My refund for the warrenty of course was for store ctredit only, so ck. Out what i did next...

Bought a vacuam cleaner with my store credit. The gal rang it up wrong of course. I raised so much hell i got them all confused and walked out with a 400.00 vacuam cleaner for free, and the security guy held the door for me...

Im not done with them yet... Hehehe. Payback is hell... Screw that company... My biggest pleasure is having people i know shop somwhere else after i tell them about my nightmare!
