Ripoff

For a second time I went to this company's website and tried to get the finance terms before entering any of my personal information. The finance terms are non-specific and there is no way to find out any specific terms until you enter your checking account info. No where on this web site does it reveal that they charge a $39 processing fee unless it tells you after you are naive enough to enter your personal information and they have already charged you.

THIS WEB SITE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF and as you can see from my previous complaint, the owner, Randy, is more interested in screwing with customers on this site than he is running a legitimate business. This time around I entered all bogus information and was instantly approved for financing. The approval number I was given was A32261M754.

I was then advised that I would be financed for 24 months at 21.99% with a 45%deposit necessary after receiving a 15% discount on the security deposit amount. That means that normally I would have a 50% security deposit required. I have excellent credit and this is the term I get on a T.V. That is allegedly disounted a "huge" amount but can be purchased an numerous websites fore less than this one.

I also carefully read every other aspect of this web site and CUSTOMERS SHOUDL BEWARE. The only phone number listed is 949-707-5817 and no one ever answers. I called this number over 100 times over a two week period and never recieved an answer. I left five different messages asking for someone to call me for clarification of finance terms and not one call has been returned although I left my home number, office number and cell number.

Please do not be ripped off by this joke of a company. After my first complaint the owner claimes to have "blacklisted" me using my ISP. I guess it didn't work since the next day I was able to get the above apporval number from his ripoff site. Beware. Randy is an idiot and his company is not reputable. GEt a life and answer your phone you coward (Randy). Feel free to call me back anytime.
