DIGITAL NOW TV ripoff took 149.90 for 10% of purchase price on a flat screen tv and can not deliver. Won't refund they are moving across the country. Ripoff

Report all activities to the Better Business Bureau, Fax complaints to 702-320-4560 for Las Vegas Nevada, File complaint with Attorney Generals Ofice 702-486-3420, send copy of letter to where they pulled the money from your account.

They give you a address to mail written reguest for money returned (I have since lost that address if any one has please contact me by using the rebuttal box below).

No one answers the phone just a bunch of messages. I'm more worried about all the information you had to give for the contract that they reguested to purchase their product. Most complaints are coming from Delaware. If any other state is involved post immediately. It takes about 3 months to know you have been scammed and then they go to another state.

I call every day and leave messages on all their lines. There really is no one at that number. I see from web site that a lot of people have been scammed. Better Business Bureau and Attorney General from any state will start a investigation as soon as complaints start comming in. I guess this is the first step to let someone know you want action.

Please take action as soon as possible. It's been since July for me.
