Dishonest, Rude, Misleading, Fraudulent, Ripoff

I ordered a digital camera on the web. They called me back and said they needed my credit card info again because it didn't go through. I gave him that and then he started trying to sell me warranty, filters, and memory card.

After I got off the phone, I went on line and discovered that they way over charged me for the items. They said they had mailed it out already when I tried to cancel. They said when we get it, just mail it back and they will take out the extras and send just the camera.

We sent the camera back, insured with comfirmation of delivery. We waited several days. Made several calls for a tracking number for the camera that they were suppose to have sent. We were on hold forever and had several hang ups. They never sent the camera. They lied.

When I continued to call, they apparently had caller ID and would just make noises on the phone.
