Well, the list of people being taken by this company is growing each and every day. As for myself, I went to our lawyers from The National Federation for The Blind and told them my story. They have had a meeting with a Deputy Attorney General in the State Dept. Colorado has a very strict law governing taking advantage of hadicapped persons by a person in a position of trust and they maintain that offering a product as on their former website is a person of trust.

Thankfully I had copies of their website (s), their order confirmation, emails from Charles Mason, the debit from my checking account. The ATTORNEY GENERAL of COLORADO has been in contact with his counterpart in Ga, DE, AZ as well as the FBI Internet Fraud division and are taking steps to either get me a certified refund or the promised plasma system.

Take note all people from DIGITALNOW. TV, if you want one less person following your trail, then if I do not receive a verifiable credit with interest to my checking account or the advertised plasma tv system I ordered within the next 8 days, I will pursue the available legal remedies as advised by the head attorney of The Legal Center for the Blind.
